    Direct Support Professionals—Residential

    FAYCO Enterprises, Inc. has positions available working in our small, family atmosphere group homes in Vandalia and Greenville. Assist adults with developmental disabilities by: monitoring individuals while sleeping, helping to maintain mental alertness through creativity & entertainment, encouraging movement & mobility, assisting with daily living skills (including personal care) & ensuring comfort & safety.

    We have a variety of morning, evening, and overnight shifts available. No previous experience necessary. We will provide classroom and on the job training.

    Requirements:
    Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift. Must be able to pass Department of Human Services background checks. Must be able to work a weekend shift and holidays.

    Wage Information:
    $16.00-$19.25 per hour depending on responsibilities, shifts worked, and other enhancements, including:

    $1.00 per hour increase at completion of paid medication administration training.
    Active CNA—$0.50 per hour enhancement applies.
    Shift Differentials—additional $1.00 per hour for midnights, $1.00 per hour for weekends, and 150% premium for working on holidays.
    Opportunity to work 40 plus hours per week.
    Paid training to become a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
    Generous sign-on and referral bonus program of your choice—$500 for 6 months OR $1000 for 1 year.

    Direct Support Professionals—CDS/Transportation

    Registered Nurse Trainer

    Join our nursing team as a RN/Nurse Trainer to meet medication administration needs and monitor health issues for adults with intellectual disabilities—Generous Sign-On Bonus up to $1000

    We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse Trainer to pass medications, complete annual nursing assessments, and to train agency staff regarding medication administration & health and safety issues. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday with shared on call duties. This position is based out of our Vandalia site.

    Have and maintain a current unencumbered IL Registered Nurse license with necessary malpractice insurance (we reimburse for insurance).

    Assistant Director of Finance & Support

    FAYCO Enterprises, Inc. is looking for an efficient, highly motivated, very organized individual to work in a fast paced office supervising staff members performing accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll/training. The Assistant Director is responsible for the oversight and completion of monthly financial reports, financial analysis, and ensure agency compliance with regulations from funding sources, DOL, FMLA, and employee benefits. Successful applicant must be able to follow audit control procedures and separation of duties. This is a mid-management position that reports directly to the Director of Finance & Support.

    Requirements:
    Associates Degree in Accounting, knowledge of fund accounting is a plus.
    Accurate data entry skills.
    Strong computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Exel.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and deadlines, and take initiative to work independently.
    Must have a valid drivers license.

    Preferred Skills:
    Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
    Previous supervisory experience.

    This is a full-time position working 40 plus hours per week with excellent benefits.
