Highly accredited agency is seeking an individual with a demonstrated management ability and the ability to take on a leadership role with a strong vision for agency expansion. Will oversee, review, and update all aspects of Developmental Training, Employment Services, and Residential Programs in Fayette, Bond, Montgomery, and surrounding counties ensuring compliance with Department of Human Services regulations, CARF standards and other applicable regulations. Review and help to develop specific budgets for all programs. Will report directly to the Executive Director regarding all appropriate matters including personnel and operational policies and procedures. Have an ability to communicate effectively and courteously with all governing agencies as well as partner agencies and clientele served by FAYCO. Residential House Manager
For small group home in Fayette County. Requirements: 1) have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2) pass test with 8th grade level of proficiency in reading comprehension, 3) successfully complete Direct Support Persons & Medication Administration training within 120 days, 4) have a valid driver's license, good driving record & reliable transportation, 5) be at least 21 years of age, 6) have a a demonstrated ability to relate to individuals with developmental disabilities. Lifting is required. Successful applicant will supervise designated staff, ensure that all required paperwork is completed, attend meetings, implement plans, schedule appointments, purchase materials, etc. Previous supervisory experience is a plaus. This is a 40+ hours per week position with excellent fringe benefits. Manager will be required to work approximately 20 hrs. actual shifts, including some weekend shifts & be the on-call suppport for the home.

Soonone needed to do noon med pass, Monday - Friday only (3-4 hrs daily) at workshops in Vandalia and Hillsboro on a PRN basis. Requirements: 1) have and maintain a current unencumbered IL LPN/RN license with necessary malpractice insurance (we do remburse for insurance), 2) be at least 21 years of age, 3) have a valid driver's license, 4) have a demonstrated ability to relate to individuals with developmental disabilities. Based out of our Vandalia site. Be part of a nursing team to meet medication administration needs and to monitor health issues for adults with disabilities. Selected individuals will: Pass medications, complete annual nursing assessments and train agency staff regarding medication administration & health and safety issues. Mininum qualifications: 1) have and maintain a current unencumbered IL RN license with necessary malpractice insurance, 2) possess 1 year of clinical RN experience within the last 5 years, preferably in developmental disabilities, 3) be at least 21 years of age, 4) have a valid driver's license, 5) have a demonstrated ability to relate to individuals with developmental disabilities. Full Time employment. 40+ hours per week. Typically Monday - Friday with shared on-call duties. Excellent benefit package.

Van Driver Substitute (Bond, Fayette, or Montgomery)
Part Time position transporting individuals to and from day services. $9.50/hr. goes to $9.75 after obtaining CDL. Minimum job requirements are 1) High School Diploma or GED; 2) Be at least 21 years of age; 3) Have a valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation; 4) Willing to obtain passenger CDL license with passenger endorsement (does not require air brakes or hazmat). IDOT physical, pre-employment drug test & CDL license fee paid by FAYCO.
