Residential House Manager
This is a full-time, 40+ hours per week position with excellent fringe benefits for a small group home in Bond County. $17.00-$19.00 per hour depending on responsibilities. Generous sign on bonus up to $1,000. Get paid to make a difference! We are looking for an individual who has a strong desire to have a positive impact on adults with developmental disabilities. Successful applicant will manage a small group home of up to 6 individuals and supervise designated staff, ensure that all required paperwork is completed, attend meetings, implement plans, schedule appointments, purchase materials, etc. Manager will be required to work approximately 20 hours of on-the-floor shifts, including evening and weekend shifts, and be the on call support for the home. Requirements: 1) have a high school diploma or equivalent 2) successfully complete Direct Support Persons training (all training is paid training) 3) demonstrate an 8th grade level of proficiency in reading 4) successfully complete and retain Medication Administration qualifications 5) have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation 6) be at least 21 years of age 7) have a demonstrated ability to relate to individuals with developmental disabilities. Lifting is required. Previous supervisory experience is a plus.

Residential Direct Care
Enjoy helping someone meet their goals? Want to have a positive impact? Assist adults with developmental disabilities by: Transporting individuals to community events and activities, helping to maintain mental alertness through creativity and entertainment, encouraging movement and mobility, assisting with daily living skills and ensuring comfort and safety. Morning, evening, midnight, weekend and holidays shifts are needed in small residental group homes in Fayette and Bond counties. Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, reliable transportation, high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift. $11.75 - $13.75 /hr depending on shifts and responsibilities. $250 Training Completion Bonus may apply. Benefit package offered.

LPN or RN
Be part of a nursing team to meet medication administration needs and monitor health issues for adults with disabilities. Someone needed to do noon med pass, Monday - Friday only (3-4 hrs daily) at workshops in Vandalia and Hillsboro on a PRN basis. Requirements: 1) have and maintain a current unencumbered IL LPN/RN license with necessary malpractice insurance (we do remburse for insurance), 2) be at least 21 years of age, 3) have a valid driver’s license, 4) have a demonstrated ability to relate to individuals with developmental disabilities. Benefit package available.
