FAYCO provides valuable person-centered services to ensure that disabled adults gain valuable developmental skills ultimately leading to greater independent living skills.
Thank you, Kim Taylor, for 42 years of service. You will always be a part of the FAYCO family. Kim began her journey with FAYCO in 1983 as a bookkeeper, and as the organization grew, so did her leadership. She went on to serve as Director of Finance and Support and ultimately as our Executive Director. Kim celebrfated her retirement in November 2025.

It is the philosophy of FAYCO Enterprises that participants are partners with staff in planning their individual person centered program plan.
To serve this philosophy, our agency will work with each individual to both plan for and provide a system of referral, advocacy, education, vocational evaluation, job placement, work services training and family support.

Provides individuals with an environment in which to learn basic living skills. Staff are present 24 hours a day or in accordance with each resident’s personal plan. Residents have the opportunity to participate in one or more of our services or activities during weekdays.
A cooperative effort between the business/industrial and rehabilitational communities to find competitive employment opportunities for a qualified disabled worker and help ensure their success on the job.
