FAYCO Enterprises, Inc., serving Fayette, Bond, Montgomery, and adjacent counties, is a licensed private not-for-profit charitible and 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation developed to provide the experience, training, and opportunity for a person with a disability to take their own productive place in their community. Fayco serves approximately 234 people annually with around 160 daily at our three locations.

FAYCO provides valuable person-centered services to ensure that disabled adults gain valuable developmental skills ultimately leading to greater independent living skills.

News & Events

Thank you, Kim Taylor, for 42 years of service. You will always be a part of the FAYCO family. Kim began her journey with FAYCO in 1983 as a bookkeeper, and as the organization grew, so did her leadership. She went on to serve as Director of Finance and Support and ultimately as our Executive Director. Kim celebrfated her retirement in November 2025.

  New Resources: Transportation

FAYCO Enterprises, Inc. grants all passengers equal access to all its transportation services. It is further the intent of FAYCO, that all passengers are aware of their rights to such access. The information presented on our Resources Page is designed to serve as an educational tool for passengers so that they may understand the laws that protect their benefit of FAYCO programs and services, specifically, as it relates to 1990 Americans with Disability Act (ADA).

FAYCO’s Philosophy

It is the philosophy of FAYCO Enterprises that participants are partners with staff in planning their individual person centered program plan.

To serve this philosophy, our agency will work with each individual to both plan for and provide a system of referral, advocacy, education, vocational evaluation, job placement, work services training and family support.

Personal & Social Adjustment

Our Community Day Services Program (CDS) emphasizes pre-vocational areas of training and life skills for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Residential Services

Provides individuals with an environment in which to learn basic living skills. Staff are present 24 hours a day or in accordance with each resident’s personal plan. Residents have the opportunity to participate in one or more of our services or activities during weekdays.

Work Placement & Industrial Projects

A cooperative effort between the business/industrial and rehabilitational communities to find competitive employment opportunities for a qualified disabled worker and help ensure their success on the job.

Bob’s Place

The C.R. Lindberg center is part of our “Connections” program, which helps individuals to learn to live their best life by engaging in the community and exploring opportunities for:

 Continued Learning
 Job Exploration/Training
 Recreation, Hobbies, and Community events
